MY MISSION IS TO WITNESS HEALING AND TRANSFORMATION IN AS MANY HEARTS AS I MAY IN THIS LIFETIME

the teachers and healers that appeared in my life helped me unbind myself from my limiting beliefs and perspectives. they helped me embody my intuition, self trust, and self authorship. i reclaimed my personal power and holistic well being.

i shape shifted my history of abuse into my cosmic college, metaphorical courses that taught me how to live in harmony with my nature, my history, and my earth.

my unique healing and growth journey served as my initiation to become a trustworthy healer and space holder for myself, and for others.

everything that i have learned and gathered i share with you, my community, in service to kindness, growth, and loving transformation.

i have lived experience with the following:

  • depression and anxiety

  • integrating non-neurotypical functioning as ‘normal’

  • substance abuse

  • emotional and environmental hypersensitivity (highly sensitive person)

  • domestic violence

  • emotional and psychological abuse

  • incorporating extra-sensory signals (psychic/mediumship) in a practical, grounded way

  • somatic care and nervous system regulation

  • a radically loving personal transformation

i lay all of this on the table to share that these hardships clarified my sense of self love, self acceptance, and self confidence. YOU CAN TOO.
